Figure AI's headquarters is located at 3960 N. First Street, San Jose, CA 95134 — a 98,700-square-foot industrial flex building at the Assembly at North First tech campus, leased in early 2025. The company relocated from a 27,900 sq ft Sunnyvale office, nearly quadrupling its footprint.
